"I came to Casey 12 weeks ago wanting to increase my strength, focus in on target areas, gain confidence of that toned body ( but not over toned if you know what I mean). I had a plan and I knew I could do it! My 12 week program started off and as weeks went by my measurements were not moving the way I would have liked them. I had my own nutrition plan, knew what I needed to do but was finding it hard to follow through.
I cannot stress enough- NUTRITION is key- If you are not fueling your body right your hard work in the gym will be just that. Results come when your nutrition is in line with your workouts. Casey suggested I start tracking my nutrition and it helped; I just wished I would have started sooner in my journey!
Casey has amazing knowledge and motivation that helped me improve my strength. I feel stronger and noticed my strength increase each day I stepped into her gym. From day one I was novice in my strength training and my flexibility needed some work. My squats were on my toes instead of heals and my lifting form needed that support and correction from someone extra. By the end; I was increasing the weight, setting PR’s (personal recorders) , noticing definition happening in areas, squats felt so much better, my lifting form was great and I felt confident in what I was doing. I owe it to Casey!
