Cancellation Policy

I, agree to allow Bighorn Peak Nutrition & Strength coaches, to provide macronutrient and strength training plans to enhance my health and fitness goals. It is up to me to follow these plans to the best of my ability and I will not hold BPNS coaches liable for any problems, illnesses, or injuries that might occur. BPNS cannot guarantee any results and will not be responsible for me not achieving my fitness goals. My progress depends on adhering to the plans provided, my efforts to follow these plans, and communicating clearly with my BPNS coach. I acknowledge that individual results may vary and my commitment to these plans will achieve my best results. BPNS coaches promise to give 100% to help me achieve my goals. These plans do not replace the expert advice given by dietitians, nutritionists, or medical doctors. I have provided honest answers to BPNS's questions to prevent possible complications. I acknowledge that payment is due upon scheduling a session online or paid in person at the session. I will give ample notice if I need to cancel a session and will communicate with my coach to reschedule. I understand that during strength training there are risks involved and I will listen to my coach's advice on using the correct technique and communicate any pain or discomfort to my coach. I agree not to hold BPNS coaches accountable for any liability for injuries that may occur during training. I understand BPNS coaches are not registered dieticians, nutritionists, or accredited health professionals. Any advice from BPNS coaches should be taken as a generalized approach. BPNS will adhere to client confidentiality but may use videos and/or photos of the client on their website and social media pages to market the business and promote services. At any time, the client may advise BPNS coaches that they feel uncomfortable with the sharing of their videos and/or photos. BPNS has provided me with the food-tracking application Macrostax and the workout-tracking application Everfit. I understand my coach has the right to discontinue my use of either application if I am not an active client. I agree not to bring children to any nutrition or strength training sessions. I understand this time is valuable to me and my coach and will give my full attention to my training.
